Create a Circulator account. Confirm your email address and sign into your account.
Where it asks for your Circulator ID, scroll down and choose, "No, I was not issued a Circulator ID number." It's a Red Button.

Download the Affidavit form.
Fill out the County and your name. Where it says, "I am circulating for serial petition number," write RC2025-02 on the blank line.
Go to a notary and sign in front of them so they can notarize your document.
Scan the document into a PDF. You can download a free phone app called CAM Scanner to do this from your cell phone or email it to merissa@merissahamilton.com and I can convert it to PDF format for you.
Email your PDF to merissa@merissahamilton.com so I can make sure it's good to go and will get approved by the Secretary of State.

Sign back into the Circulator Portal and click "Add a Petition." Fill out the form to add the Recall petition to your account and upload your notarized form.
Follow the information in the screenshots to ensure you enter the correct information.
IMPORTANT: IN ORDER FOR YOUR AFFIDAVIT TO BE ACCEPTED THEY MUST BE ABLE TO CLEARLY READ THE NAME AND NUMBER OF THE NOTARY ON THE STAMP.

On the end next business day, go to the AZ Secretary of State Circulator website HERE and check to see if you are approved.
Once your petition has been approved by the AZ Secretary of State, you can begin collecting signatures. It will take a business day for it to be completed.
